We endeavor to process all placed orders within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Any orders placed before 9am EST time will normally be processed within 3-5 days of order. Orders placed after 10am EST or on a non-business day will be processed within 5 days of order.
During busy periods of the year (for example, but not limited to, July 4th, Black Friday, Holiday Season), orders may take a little longer than normal to be processed (we are a women-owned small business, please understand).
Delivery times may also be impacted during the busier times of the year. Please refer to the shipping confirmation email to track the status of your order and for up-to-date delivery information.
On occasion, our products may go out of stock. We may continue to sell these products on a pre-order basis. We will prominently display an announcement message for any of our products that are only available on a pre-order basis along with an estimated shipment date.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We currently only ship to states and territories within the United States and Canada. We offer 3-5 day business shipping on all domestic (USA) orders.
Shipping is free for all domestic (USA) orders of $50.00 and over.
We charge a variable shipping rate for all orders under $50.00.
Shipping is free for all orders (Canada) over $75 and over.
We charge a variable shipping rate for all orders (Canada) under $75.
We do not ship internationally (yet). Hopefully soon to you all foreign furries!
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check delivery status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Sometimes, things get lost in the post. If you haven’t received your order within 7-10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you (pinky promise).
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We currently do not accept returns after delivery. Please refer to our refunds page for more information.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
